This beach house located in Palabritas Beach is stylishly designed by Metropolis, Lima-based studio. This house is designed in contemporary style. Neutral color is applied in this house exterior and interior. However, hot color accent of red color is the main color accent to the neutral colors application.

The exterior wall is in white color with patterned window-like accent on it. The swimming pool has red color as the main color. This gives the lively color accent among this white exterior color theme. The modern bench applied besides the swimming pool also has red cushion.

 

The house interior is designed in open and airy look. Large window is installed on the ceiling allowing natural light brighten the interior space. This makes the interior looks breezy. The staircase is designed in floating stairs style in white color. Glass sliding door is also applied in this white interior.
